What can you expect during this yoga masterclass?
During these 90 minutes, I will guide you through a vinyasa yoga sequence with specific poses to strengthen and deeply stretch each muscle group in the lower part of your body and improve your overall mobility.
You will also learn acupressure and myofascial release techniques to relieve accumulated tension in your feet, legs, and hips.
Finally, we will end with a regenerative restorative yoga pose for your feet, legs, and hips.
