This workshop is your way to go to detoxify your body and mind, starting afresh in 2024 with a clear and optimistic intention.

So, join us for this "Detox & Renew" workshop on January 28, 2024, at 10:30 (CEST)!

What to expect?

During this workshop, we will meditate on 2023 to highlight your strengths for achieving your goals and finding your intention for 2024.

We will then practice a breathing and yoga sequence focusing on digestive and emotional detox through targeted twists, leading to clarity and confidence.

Finally, we will end our sequence with a 15-20 minute relaxation posture to deeply regenerate yourself.

Prepare yourself for a cozy practice session by grabbing your softest cushions and coziest blanket, putting on comfortable clothing, and enjoying a warm beverage.

Let's embark on our cozy rejuvenating retreat to relax and get ready for the year-end festivities.

Let me invite you to a special event on December 17, 2023, at 11:00 AM. We will have a peaceful time together for you to ease into the winter season and replenish your energy before the hustle and bustle of Christmas celebrations.

What to expect?

During this restorative yoga retreat, we will take a moment to ground ourselves through a nice meditation helping you let go of the busy weeks that have just passed. Afterwards, we'll practice a calming breath to soothe your mind before moving into gentle and warm poses to harmonize your nervous system and release any remaining tensions.

We'll end this Christmas retreat with a 15-20 minutes savasana (final relaxation) to allow your body and mind to reap all the benefits of this regenerative pose.

What benefits will you get from this mini-retreat?

This yoga retreat will release your physical and mental tensions, allowing your nervous system to find its balance and revitalizing your energy to embrace the winter season with serenity.

It will also provide a moment that perfectly reflects the winter season, a time to turn inward and take a welcome pause.

This retreat is open to everyone, regardless of your level, age, or physical condition.

What else?

You can certainly practice without accessories, but to be as comfortable as possible and enjoy maximum benefit from each pose, I recommend having the following items available:

Note: If you don't have "yoga" equipment, no worries, you have everything you need in your home!

  • Bolsters – can be replaced with pillows or cushions

  • Bricks – can be replaced with books or bags of rice

  • Blankets – can be replaced with bath towels

  • An eye pillow – can be replaced with a scarf, a shawl, or even a sock

During this yoga masterclass, you'll explore targeted yoga poses, the deep breathing technique, and specific acupressure points to stimulate the meridians associated with the metal element, which represents autumn in Chinese medicine and is linked to the lung and large intestine meridians.

Well, as summer gently transitions to autumn, the energy shifts from vibrant (yang) to more introspective (yin).

Autumn can sometimes evoke feelings of nostalgia or sadness. Just like nature changes its colours for warmer red and orange and sheds leaves to preserve energy, we too need to let go of what no longer serves us, be it material, physical, or mental clutter.

Summer is the season of action and openness, and to go with this mood, backbends are ideal.

I know they can be challenging because they are the opposite of our daily habits, and that's why I invite you to join me on May 14th, 2023 from 16:30 to 18:00 (Taiwanese time) in this new playful and revitalizing vinyasa yoga masterclass.

You will discover specific exercises to warm up and give mobility to your back and shoulders, as well as a sequence that will allow you to strengthen and stretch the muscles needed to feel comfortable and at ease in your backbends.

At the end of the sequence, we will practice a well-deserved relaxation accompanied by diaphragmatic breathing to appreciate all the progress made.
