Transitions from one year to the next are often special times.
You may feel a bit overwhelmed, have a lot of wishes but not know how to put them into practice or simply have doubts about your abilities.
We would like to support you in this transition by helping you digest the year 2022 and start the year 2023 on a blank page and with a great intention.
So join us for our New Year's mini-retreat on January 8, 2023 at 10:30am!
What can I expect?
During this 2-hour yoga mini-retreat, we will take time to meditate on the year 2022 and highlight the resources you have deployed to meet any challenges. This meditation will open the doors to your intention for 2023.
We will then do a breathing and yoga practice targeting the health of your belly - your second brain - to help it digest the possible excesses of the end-of-year celebrations, but also the emotions and stress of 2022. It will also stimulate your ability to harmonize your nervous system and boost your immune system so that you can leave with a serene and confident mind for 2023.
Finally, we will end with a 15-20 minute savasana (final relaxation) to anchor the resources you have become aware of during these 2 hours.
