Let go & Boost your Immunity: discover the strength of the Metal Element Yoga Masterclass

Are you feeling the bonfires? Do you here the sound of crunching leaves under your foot? Yes, Autumn is at the corner even in Asia.

So, it’s time to boost your immune system and to let go of anything that's weighing you down, so you can have a serene and cosy autumn and winter, and I will show your how on Octobre 1st, 2023, from 5 PM to 6:30 PM (Taipei time zone).

During this yoga masterclass, you'll explore targeted yoga poses, the deep breathing technique, and specific acupressure points to stimulate the meridians associated with the metal element, which represents autumn in Chinese medicine and is linked to the lung and large intestine meridians.

So, why should you attend this yoga masterclass?

Well, as summer gently transitions to autumn, the energy shifts from vibrant (yang) to more introspective (yin).

Autumn can sometimes evoke feelings of nostalgia or sadness. Just like nature changes its colours for warmer red and orange and sheds leaves to preserve energy, we too need to let go of what no longer serves us, be it material, physical, or mental clutter.

And that's where the metal element comes into play!

When balanced, the metal element helps us release what's holding us back, allowing us to see our strengths and true worth more clearly. Moreover, it's fantastic for boosting our immune system and keeping those winter bugs at bay.

No prerequisites are necessary. This workshop is open to all levels, and I'll always provide variations so that everyone can enjoy the session, regardless of their experience or fitness level.

Location & Price:

The masterclass will be held in person in Tainan and online via Zoom, and the price is NT$ 550 or 2 credits of your 10-class package.
